With the emergence of social media, many consumers are changing the way they make decisions about purchasing prod­ucts and services, and form brand preferences. To tap into the valuable insights these increasingly important conversations hold, organizations must focus on integrating the social channel into their customer relationship management strategy.

Test your expertise in making those connections with this issue's Dataplay game. Each number indicates the customer’s required number of conversations. To create these interactions, click on a customer or the space between two customers to connect them. Click again to add another link, and click a third time to remove it. Up to two conversations are allowed between any two customers. The connections may not cross paths.
