A BeyeNETWORK survey finds that SaaS BI solutions are expanding, with speed of deployment and value often driving their adoption.
Software as a service (SaaS) is garnering attention as companies everywhere are looking at alternative implementation models to reduce the cost of their business intelligence (BI) environments while ensuring the proper level of support for their analysts, executives and other information-seeking employees.
A BeyeNETWORK report, “Software-as-a-Service Business Intelligence and Data Management,” explores this trend, surveying nearly 300 people about their organizations’ use of SaaS for BI initiatives. Among the top reasons for increasing adoption rates were SaaS BI’s low cost and speed of implementation.
